I just wanted to take the time to thank you. Ryan was amazing at answering all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am a bone cancer survivor and when I was 17 I had to have my knee totally replaced and my ligaments removed, and the muscle where the tumor had grown out removed. This makes going up steps very difficult for me as I always must step up with my good leg. Other models I saw online prior to discovering your easy step system were not going to work for me cause the steps were only big enough for 1 foot on them at a time. I then saw how yours allowed both my feet to be one step which allowed me to step up with my good leg as well as go down them without a challenge. I can’t tell you how much this addition to my boat trailer has helped me. Getting in and out of my boat previously was incredibly hard and frankly dangerous for me but your steps make it an absolute breeze. They are rock solid once bolted on and the handle helps give me that extra security. Your product is incredible as are your employees. I can’t thank you enough for the positive impact these steps have made for me. It has helped me feel less handicapped and more capable of fishing with no hassle.
