Hi Ryan,
You sent my 4 step Easy Step in June while I was on vacation in the Keys. I wanted to update you and send you pictures that you have my permission to use if you would like.
Since I already had my boat in the water when I received the step I installed it on the empty trailer. I used my measurements and your recommendations, with allowances for the anchor line roller I have on my bow. The other issue you and I worked through ahead of time was that I did not see any pictures on your website of boats like mine….. 20 ft cuddy cabin that needed the 4 steps.
Everything turned out Great and I love these steps! They have given me a much safer way to climb over the bow after driving the boat onto the trailer and for me to enter the boat from the ground.
Thanks again for your help in working through ordering what I needed and getting them to me at an alternate address. Again, you are welcome to use the attached pictures if you think they would add good information for customers when deciding if they need 3 or 4 steps. Also, it looks closer to the anchor than what it actually is. I have had no problem with the grappling hook anchor hitting it even in tight turns. When I switch to my danforth anchor I will probably lay the anchor in the rope locker on the bow when towing to allow for a little more room for turns.
